A world-renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a German-speaking professional to join their Order Management team. No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
About the Role
As a key point of contact for B2B customers, you’ll ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. This position involves a strong administrative focus, so attention to detail is essential.
This is not a typical call centre role – there’s no ticketing system. You’ll mainly be handling order processing and related tasks, with occasional calls and emails from customers.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills in German and English
- Genuinely enjoys helping others
- Brings a can-do attitude, is resourceful, and eager to learn
- Experience in a fast-paced office or customer-focused environment is a plus, but not essential
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: €32,640 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular office hours (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office (Dublin 22), 2 days remote
- Work from abroad: Up to 6 weeks (30 working days) annually, post-probation (T&Cs apply)
