Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Make reservations and help the customer to find the most suitable hotel with the best value.
- Communicate with hotels regarding to any request, cancellation or change of booking.
Who are you?
- Fluent in Danish and English
- 1year+ experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Solution oriented who sees no obstacles
- Interested in a career in an exciting international company
