We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help a leading social media company expand.

What's the job about:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies OR clients.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand needs and deliver customised advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
- Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
- Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Who you are:
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Fluent in German and English OR French and English
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape.
