A leading IT company is looking for a Dutch speaker to join their Client Support Team.
Position Dutch Speaker Client Support
Location Warsaw office - City Centre or hybrid model (4 days a week in the office, 1 day working from home)
Working Hours Monday to Friday, office hours
Job type Permanent, Full time
Salary Depending on Experience, up to 12 000PLN a month
Responsibilities
- Providing consultative support and always going an extra mile to help the customer/client
- Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
- Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive attitude
Your Profile
- Fluent Dutch and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
- Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
