We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Energy Grant Advisor to join our client in their Mallow office. In this role, you'll serve as the key account coordinator for homeowner clients exploring the generous home energy upgrade grants available through SEAI. You’ll guide them through the grant process, help identify suitable upgrade opportunities, and provide tailored advice based on their home energy needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with homeowners to understand their planned upgrades and energy needs.
- Conduct virtual consultations and provide personalised recommendations.
- Review BER information and interpret results.
- Assist in reviewing building plans and generating project specifications.
- Organise and analyse information related to energy upgrades.
- Knowledge or strong understanding of energy efficiency products and services, including solar panels, insulation, and heat pumps.
- Stay up-to-date on government incentives and SEAI grant criteria.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
- Interest in or background knowledge of construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with BER software is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people make energy-efficient choices.
