We’re working with a leading, fast-growing organisation on a multi-year digital transformation journey and looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and lead technology strategy across a core business division. This is a senior role where you’ll shape future-state architecture, oversee major technology decisions, and drive scalable, innovative solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture strategy and roadmaps.
- Map current-state and future-state architectures with clear transition plans.
- Lead capability-based planning and ensure alignment of solutions to business goals.
- Drive architecture governance and review processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and solution architects to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, aligned solutions.
- Identify risks and support change management to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- 8 + years of IT experience with significant enterprise or solution architecture exposure.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience leading digital transformation programs in complex environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, SaaS, and low-code solutions.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and strong modelling skills.
- Understanding of security best practices and GDPR.
Desirable: TOGAF certification, LeanIX experience, healthcare or retail pharmacy sector knowledge, Microsoft 365 expertise.
