Cpl Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an accomplished Enterprise Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the company’s technology strategy.
This senior position offers the opportunity to define the organisation’s long-term IT vision, lead architecture governance, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will influence key decisions that drive digital transformation and enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
- Provide architectural leadership across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Recommend innovative technology solutions while optimising the use of existing systems.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, ensure governance, and oversee technical infrastructure reviews.
- Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering adoption of best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Key Skills & Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar Enterprise Architecture role.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare IT architecture, with strong knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards (essential).
- Cloud architecture expertise – AWS preferred, Azure advantageous.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions across multiple domains.
- Background in software design and development (Java, .NET, or Flutter).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
