I'm currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join my client's team based in South Dublin. If you have 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant and are looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic, professional environment, this could be the role for you.
The Role
This is a busy and varied position providing high-level support to the CEO and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, minute taking, liaising with key stakeholders, and overseeing a small administrative team within the office.
The role requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO and leadership team
- Act as liaison to the board and senior stakeholders
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Oversee the running of the South Dublin office
- Supervise and support the office admin team
- Handle confidential information with integrity
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EA/PA or similar senior administrative role
- Third-level qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English required)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate to advanced level)
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Proven ability to work on own initiative
- Full, clean driver’s licence and own vehicle (occasional travel required)
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
