Finance Administrator
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 euros per year (depending on experience)

Role description:
Our company is looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator to support the financial management of our group entities in the daily operations. The role involves managing invoices, processing payments, performing intercompany reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in the preparation of quarterly reporting. In addition to core finance tasks, the role includes office management and administrative duties. The role is based in Dublin 2.
Key responsibilities:
Financial management and reporting:
· Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
· Process accounts payables and receivable transactions
· Manage invoices and payments for all group entities
· Oversee sales order management and client invoicing across multiple subsidiaries
· Reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Reconcile bank statements and financial records
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports
· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Office management & Administration
· Ensure data integrity of the ERP database (Client and suppliers records, bank details, etc)
· Handling mails and storing entity documentation in the secure cloud
· Support other general finance or administrative tasks
Qualifications and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field
· 3+ years of experience in finance administration, ideally in a multi-entity or international
environment
· Desirable experience with Oracle NetSuite, Xero or similar ERP/accounting software
· Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams
· Dynamic, team player and good listening skills
· English native speaker, knowledge of French is desirable for not essential
