About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Executive will be responsible for financial record management across multiple markets. Working with all levels in the organization, your work will involve supporting accounts payable, account reconciliations, bank payments and budget preparation. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with an office in Dublin 2.
Design reporting to support business projections at a consolidated, entity, investment, and project level
· Process invoices and bank payments
· Reconciliation of bank statements, accruals, prepayments, tax accounts and other balance sheet accounts
· Prepare and reconcile cost recharges across multiple intercompany entities
· Assist with monthly financial reporting and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Work closely with third party providers and oversee services provided to the requisite levels
· Assist in gathering financial information for management to help in budget planning and forecasting
· General administrative support
About You
Excel and navigating multiple systems come as second nature, and you get enjoyment from building relationships and reconciling accounts. Your communication style has built and maintained productive professional relationships across a global organization; your coworkers would work with you again in a heartbeat.
· Part qualified Chartered accountant or qualified Accounts technician
· 2+ years of experience in a busy finance department
· Proficiency in speaking German essential
· Advanced excel and accounting software experience required
· Attention to accuracy and detail required, as well as organizing and managing financial data in a clear way
· Experience working with multiple currency entities preferable
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with service providers and team members.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: analytical thinking and the ability to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
