Financial Settlements Administrator – Belfast - Hybrid
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to support the financial settlement operations of the electricity market. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of settlement processes for market participants.
This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
· Execute routine financial settlement activities in line with defined business procedures.
· Perform checks on financial data using standardised templates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Prepare and publish weekly settlement documents determining market participant payments or receivables.
· Generate daily and weekly settlement, credit risk, and clearing reports.
· Ensure timely upload and publication of settlement documentation to the market platform.
· Perform cash flow checks in Excel and assist Analysts with data preparation.
· Review financial data before final approval by senior team members.
· Use internal systems to track settlement processes and escalate complex issues when needed.
Criteria:
· Minimum 1 year of experience working in a financial administrative role or information processing role.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
· Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
· Excellent time management and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues appropriately.
