I am recruiting for a passionate person who is fluent in Dutch, English and French for a 12 month contractor role as a Global People Operations Specialist.
The Company
You will be working for a leading global innovator and developer of audio, imaging, and voice technologies for cinemas, home theatres, PCs, mobile phones, and games — all from the comfort of your own home, with a fully remote working setup.
Your Main Responsibilities
- HR operations support including position management, payroll input validation, benefits, timekeeping, and document preparation.
- Data administration across HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Replicon).
- Employee and manager support on HR processes and systems.
- HR compliance, documentation, and process improvements.
Your Required Skills and Experiences
- Language proficiency in either Dutch, French, and English
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
- Previous HR operations and admin experience, ideally within a global organization.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
