Cpl HR recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Reward, leading the rewards strategy along with the compensation, benefits and pension programmes on a permanent basis. The position is based in Dublin city, on a hybrid working model.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
· Shape and lead the reward strategy
· Be an expert and a leader in the rewards space
· Attract and retain employees and new talent through attractive and competitive packages
· Design and deliver new rewards initiatives
· Identify trends and provide market insights to key stakeholders
· Work with third party suppliers
· Lead on other ad hoc projects
Experience and skills required:
· Progressive experience in a senior rewards and benefits role
· Degree and CIPD qualification
· Experience in Irish employment law is essential
· Strong influencing skills and with an analytical mind set is key to the position
