Our not-for-profit client in Dublin West have an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Generalist, for a 12-month contract role, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full HR support, in a busy high-volume environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Primary point of contact for employees and management, providing an efficient HR service
- Providing advice, coaching and guidance related to Employee relations and performance management in line with employment legislation.
- Assist managers with talent acquisition, ensuring recruitment processes deliver top relevant talent and effective workforce planning to meet current and future business hiring requirements.
- Deliver HR Generalist service to various business units
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HR/Business third level qualification, CIPD accreditation (Advantageous)
- Full Drivers Licence
- 4+ Years HR experience, within a HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Experience and confidence working with confidential and sensitive cases.
- Excellent communication skills
