HR Manager - Part-time - West Dublin
This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and driving key projects and local initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a proactive self-starter, able to handle day-to-day HR tasks with precision and speed. The role demands a balance of commercial awareness, practical execution, and the ability to operate independently within a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration
• Employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
• compliance with Irish employment law, updates policies
• oversees mandatory training
• manages absence effectively
• supports learning and development
Requirements:
• Strong Senior Generalist/HRBP or managerial experience
• CIPD fully qualified
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
