Cpl is delighted to be working in partnership with a Global leading manufacturer to recruit an experienced HR professional to join their successful team as Site HR Lead in Ballymoney on a FTC basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to gain experience in a leadership position that combines strategic influence with operational impact.
About the role
As Site HR Lead the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment by delivering effective HR solutions aligned with business goals and values.
You will partner closely with site leadership and team members across all levels, ensuring HR practices enhance team engagement, drive performance, and support continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic and operational leadership of the HR function at the site.
· Build strong, respectful relationships with site leaders, managers, and team members to support people-focused decision-making.
· Lead on all employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation.
· Drive inclusive talent acquisition and onboarding processes that support diversity and equity in hiring.
· Champion employee engagement and development initiatives that foster a positive and collaborative culture.
· Partner with leaders to support performance development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
· Guide the implementation of HR policies, ensuring they are inclusive, current, and clearly communicated.
· Lead site-level HR reporting, analysis, and planning, providing insight to inform decisions.
· Support organisational change by contributing to and delivering people-related transformation projects.
· Oversee site payroll administration and collaborate on budgeting and resource planning.
What you’ll need to succeed?
· A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· CIPD membership (or working towards), or equivalent professional qualification.
· Significant HR generalist experience, including experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
· Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and best practice people management.
· Experience working in partnership with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
· A commitment to fairness, inclusion, and continuous improvement in all aspects of HR.
· Ability to prioritise effectively and work with flexibility and integrity in a fast-paced setting.
