In this exciting role, you’ll be:
• Following up on hot leads – Engaging with interested customers over the phone, building relationships and guiding them through the buying journey.
• Creating personalised video tours – Showcasing vehicles in a way that feels tailored and special, helping customers connect with their dream car before they even set foot in the showroom.
• Booking and managing appointments – Organising your day around high-quality, face-to-face meetings where you shine with your product knowledge and friendly approach.
• Test drives and vehicle appraisals – Getting hands-on with the cars, walking customers through their options, and appraising part-exchange vehicles with confidence and attention to detail.

The role itself will follow a 1-year training program which will include:
• 2 weeks onboarding in our Group Office with HR, IT and Experience Sales and Finance managers
• 4 - 6 weeks phone & email training in an immersive experience with our Customer Hub Agents
• Dealership/Sales training
• Continuous feedback sessions and detailed role specific training courses
