Salary โฌ51,000 per year
Role:
- Manage and organize large volumes of data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with vaccinators and operations staff to address data issues.
- Monitor and track data quality and performance through reports.
- Enhance data quality in the CoVax system and engage in regional and national discussions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for data quality inquiries.
- Administer the CoVax system, overseeing user accounts and report modifications.
- Support the regional Data Quality Lead in resolving past data issues.
- Assist in reporting problems to national Vaccination Programme teams.
- Advocate for process improvements, particularly in automation and computerization.
- Input and validate data in the regional data tool.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, generating regular reports for various programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Identify and establish KPIs aligned with the Programme service plan targets.
- Cultivate a culture of performance management to drive success.
