What You’ll Be Doing:
- Following up on hot leads – Speaking with interested customers, building rapport, and helping them navigate their car- buying journey.
- Creating personalised video tours – Showcasing vehicles in a way that feels tailored and exciting, giving customers a virtual first look at their dream car.
- Managing appointments – Scheduling and preparing for face-to-face meetings where your product knowledge and friendly approach shine.
This is a 1-year training program, including:
- 4–6 weeks of phone and email training with our Customer Hub team
- Ongoing dealership and sales training
- Continuous feedback sessions and detailed training courses
