Key Partner Manager – Facilities Management & SaaS

This role is sales-focused, with a strong emphasis on relationship management, revenue growth, and educating partners on the commercial benefits of the solutions.
About the role
The Key Partner Manager will be responsible for managing, growing, and deepening relationships with existing Facilities Management partners. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders within these organisations to identify new revenue opportunities, leverage their client base, and drive sales growth. The goal is to increase engagement, expand market penetration, and drive revenue through established partnerships.

Key Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in a Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development role, preferably within SaaS, Facilities Management, or Workplace Solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with Facilities Management companies or similar enterprise partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partner-led sales and expanding market reach.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to create mutually beneficial business cases for partners.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
Desirable
- SaaS industry experience with a focus on selling software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Experience in accessibility, ESG, or DEI-related services is a plus.
- Strong network within the Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Workplace Solutions sectors.
- International experience and the ability to manage global partnerships.
