Legal Litigation Secretary | Hybrid | Dublin | 32-40K
A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Legal litigation Secretary to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Litigation team through the planning, co-ordination and delivery of assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Litigation team to include transcribing digital dictation.
- Co-ordinating meetings and following up on next steps.
- Maintaining trackers, registers and legal databases.
- Accurately compiling complex legal documents including Briefs for Counsel using platforms such as Evolve.
- Providing administrative support to the Litigation Solicitors on claims files to include processing of payments and coordinating appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Co-ordinate and manage all incoming documentation as well as manage the main phone line and global email address.
- Quality checking and issuing reports and communications on behalf of Management.
- Ordering and purchasing stationary and equipment on behalf of the team.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as a litigation secretary, ie. Personal Injury.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with individuals at a senior level in the organisation including Executive members.
- Advanced MS Suite skills; Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
- Flexible, reliable, highly organised and good work ethic.
- Possess good inter-personal skills and can work as part of a cohesive and busy team
- Must be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
