Job Description:
The successful candidate will take on an existing portfolio of managed properties all over the greater Dublin area. They will be responsible for the complete Letting and Management of this portfolio including managing tenant maintenance issues, liaising with both landlords, tenants and contractors; RTB Registration; advertising of property; vetting of prospective tenants; all associated paperwork using LetMan.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Property Service Licence B, C & D
- A Full clean drivers licence and use of own car
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of tenancy regulations and compliance requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the workings of the RTB (Residential Tenancies Board)
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Good administrative and IT skills
- Be very organised with the ability to juggle several jobs at once
- The ability to work within a small lettings team

This is a fulltime role and the successful candidate will be based in our office in Dublin 6 and report to the Head of Lettings.
