Customer Service Representative | Hybrid | Dublin | 35-45K
My client, a distributor of Polymer/Plastic granules to the plastic’s manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Rathcoole.
3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Duties:
- Receive orders from customers, acknowledge receipt
- Request pricing from supplier / salesman
- Enter customer orders on SAP
- Enter Purchase order on SAP and send to supplier
- Follow up with supplier for delivery dates and liaise with customer accordingly
- Receive stock on SAP
- Dispatch stock and send paperwork to customer
- Send instructions to warehouse (if relevant) to dispatch goods
- Arrange collections (where necessary) from suppliers
- Advise warehouse when stock is arriving
- Maintain stock levels and complete stock take at month end
- Invoice / credit customers accordingly
- Maintain all hard copies and UK filing as required
- Support to Salesmen where needed
- Reconcile warehouse / transport costs with accounts
Candidate:
- Education with a minimum of the leaving certificate or equivalent
- Experience of working within a customer service/customer care,
- Excellent organisational and telephone skills
- Experience within a customer service role
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours
- IT skills; e.g. experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce), SAP, Tableau and/or Microsoft Office suite
