What You’ll Do:
As Utilities Maintenance Planner, you’ll coordinate and optimise all planned and unplanned maintenance activities for utilities equipment (HVAC, steam, compressed air, etc.) using site CMMS. You'll schedule work, track performance, lead planning meetings, and support reliability programs—all while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all utilities maintenance and calibration tasks
- Analyse maintenance trends and improve work processes
- Coordinate shutdowns, parts kitting, and vendor services
- Maintain reports, RAMS, and support daily planning meetings
- Track KPIs, PM completions, backlog, and work closures
- Support SOP reviews and reliability initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in maintenance planning (preferably pharma/utilities/ data centres/ power or similar critical environments)
- Experience with CMMS and utility systems (HVAC, instrumentation, etc.)
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Trade, diploma or degree qualification
- A self-starter with a team-first, can-do mindset
