Cpl are hiring a Manufacturing Administrator to join our client in Tipperary.
You should have strong administration skills along with knowledge of the supply chain/manufacturing industry and be able to work with multiple functions to ensure that production runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
• Have strong administration skills
• Come from a manufacturing or supply chain background
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Must be able to work well within a team as well as using own initiative
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Supply chain experience is advantageous.
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Raise purchase orders for materials and consumable supplies
• Liaise with vendors and supply chain team to coordinate and schedule material deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with all regulations and good manufacturing practise
• Work with the R&D team to ensure timely delivery of series and products in line with project timelines
• Work with the R&D team in the preparation and execution of contracts with service providers to support successful execution of development projects
• Provide support and backup to colleagues within the Supply Chain Department
• Other general administrative work for the Supply Chain team
