We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Business / Reactivations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to business customers, focusing on both acquiring new business and re-engaging with accounts that have stopped spending. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success by ensuring all interactions and activities are accurately recorded in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential new business customers and lapsed accounts to generate sales opportunities and reactivations.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with business customers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and daily KPIs by effectively managing your call schedule and follow-up activities.
• CRM Management: Accurately input all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks into the CRM system to ensure seamless customer relationship management.
• Reactivation Strategies: Implement the set put strategies to re-engage lapsed customers, understand their concerns, and reintroduce them to our offerings.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to inform future strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
