Company Overview:
They are a well-established engineering company based in Dublin 17, operating a busy sales office that supports both trade and customer operations. They are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Office Sales Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties including typing, filing, and handling daily correspondence
- Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries and orders
- Processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments
- Dealing with customers at the trade counter
- Arranging shipments and handling associated documentation
- Monitoring and responding to daily emails
- Using Opera 3 software to process transactions (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Previous office administration experience is essential
- Experience using Opera 3 software is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
