We have an exciting New Opportunity for a Operations Support Administrator.
This role will be fully office based in Dublin 12
Responsibility's
- Call Centre call handling for Dealers within the network and finance customers
- AML/Compliance verification
- Contract Pay-out
- Daily administrative tasks
- Daily processing of incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintain adherence to company process, quality and compliance
- Responsible for supporting the team to achieve the departments key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in contract pay-out within a compliance/AML team in the Financial services/ Banking industry.
- Decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service capacity
- Ability to communicate well with broad customer dynamic across phone and email.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
