Salary: €16.74/hour | 37.5 hours/week | ~€32,640/year (before tax)
Contract: Fixed-term with Cpl – high potential for extension
Hours: Monday–Friday, regular office hours
Languages Required: Spanish (fluent) & English (advanced)

The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be a key player in ensuring top-notch service and flawless order management for customers across the Spanish market.
What You’ll Do
Order Management Excellence
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle regular reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Share essential product and stock info
- Tackle inquiries around deliveries, billing, inventory, and returns
Customer Relationship Champion
- Deliver empathetic, solution-focused support
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and internal teams
- Resolve queries with confidence and care
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English (C1/C2)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and strong computer literacy.
- Previous customer service or order entry experience (or a passion to grow in this field)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience with SAP (bonus!) – but we’ll train you either way
