The Role:
- Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for B2B customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Outlook Management: process a high volume of email orders - assigning, archiving, copying. Prioritisation and multitasking skills are a must!
The Candidate:
- Language Skills: We're looking for level C1-C2 in the required market language, Spanish,
- We need: Candidates who genuinely care about people and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in administration and data entry is a must, customer service would be complementary.
- Qualities: A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
The Process:
- Step 1: Arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and your expectations.
- Step 2: Submit an application on your behalf if all goes well.
- Step 3: Successful applicants will be called for an interview. The client generally moves very quickly.
The Perks:
- Competitive Salary: β¬16.74 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, approximately β¬32,640 per year (before tax).
- Contract: Initially fixed term with a strong possibility of extension or turning permanent.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am β 4pm or 9am β 5pm).
- Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the Dublin 22 office, 2 days from home (full-time in the office during training period).
