Payroll Administrator
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Full-time | Permanent
Reports to: Payroll Supervisor
I am looking for a Cash and Payroll Administrator to join a reputable organisation based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who wants to grow their skills in payroll and finance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process daily cash reconciliations
- Prepare regular cash reports
- Highlight any issues or discrepancies to managers
- Help with payroll preparation and processing
- Keep employee information confidential
- Make sure payroll and cash records are accurate and up to date
- Answer payroll questions from employees
- Support with admin tasks and other projects as needed
What You Need:
- 1–2 years of admin experience
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll and accounts
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
- Clear and professional communication
- Organised and able to manage tasks well
