Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to partner with a global software company in recruiting for an ER Partner focusing on performance management cases for EMEA. This role will be for a 6 month period and based on a 20 hour hybrid working week.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Coach and advise managers and employees on performance cases
- Work cross collaboratively to resolve concerns and escalate where needed
- Develop strategies to improve performance
- Provide feedback and support throughout
- Ensure an effective outcome on all sides, ensuring the best experience for all concerned
Skills and experience required:
- HR experience with hands on Irish employment law exposure
- Experience in working independently on performance management cases is essential
- Varied EMEA employment laws exposure would be an advantage
- Have the ability to be decreet but constructive
- Communication is key to this role with the ability to influence at various levels
