The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to Donegal, Ireland.
This role has a salary up to €50,000 basic + 33% salary allowance taking the package to over €70,000.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The main responsibility of the process leader is to manage a team of operators and maintain manufacturing Equipment to ensure that the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance. The Process Leader will plan day to day production activities, whilst ensuring that policies and procedures are current and being adhered to.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the manufacturing schedules are met, producing correct volume requirements.
- Problem solving of manufacturing equipment to achieve product quality and production schedule goals
- Ensuring that productivity, quality and cost objectives are achieved
- Ensuring conformance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Contribute to the creation and review of work instructions and Operations Procedures to maintain compliance
- Completion of Performance Excellence Assessments and Development Plans to promote Continuous Improvement.
- Ensuring the Department conducts its business in a manner designed to be protective of human health, safety and the environment.
EDUCATION AND YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Relevant third level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/ Science / Manufacturing discipline
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferred.
