Receptionist | 35K | Dublin City Centre
The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join my clients Dublin office. This role will be a versatile role supporting the Office Manager and overall office services. The role demands a proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their technical ability along with flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment. This is a fulltime onsite role in our Dublin office.

What you'll do:
- The main duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows:
- Receptionist & Office Services duties
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, in a professional and friendly manner, informing relevant parties of their arrival
- Escorting clients (internal/external) to their meeting rooms, taking their coats and any belongings, they might have
- Ensuring clients' needs are anticipated and always met and pro-actively seeking out ways in which to improve client satisfaction
- Set up and maintain meeting rooms, including booking rooms, organising catering, and ensuring rooms are presentable and stocked with stationery and other equipment
- Liaise with IT manager regarding AV requirements for meetings
- Booking /managing of carpark space bookings for staff and clients
- Manage the visitor access cards and setting up new access cards for when we have new joiners Answering the phone and handling any e-mail enquiries
- Assist with booking travel and accommodations for staff as needed, including taxi bookings
- Manage the day-to-day general operation of the office with the office manager
- Liaise with the building management team about facilities matters
- Liaising with contractors and cleaners
- Handle local purchasing of office supplies and consumables
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, and manage deliveries and couriers
- Copy room services when required
- Assist the marketing team and office manager with event coordination by checking in and out visitors and liaising with the catering company
- Providing overflow support for the practice executives and paralegals
- Liaise with finance team with invoice processing
- Any other ad hoc tasks as reasonably required by the Office Manager
This is a full-time onsite role in our Dublin office where you will be required to work in person 5 days a week on-site.
