Receptionist / Office Support – Munich (Full-Time, Onsite, Fixed-Term)
Duration: 3 months | Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Munich office | Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international tech company for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Office Support to join their team in Munich for a fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, global environment while providing essential front-of-house and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register visitors, manage sign-in and security badge processes
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage internal communications
- Coordinate with Facilities, Security, and Admin teams as required
- Support deliveries, meeting room bookings, and basic office coordination
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in a front-facing role
