Job Title: Receptionist / Switchboard Operator
Location: Limerick (Ballysimon Road area)
Contract: Temporary 4 Week Contract
Salary: €16.93 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm / 12:30pm - 8:30pm shifts

A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is relocating to a new facility and requires an experienced receptionist to provide professional front-of-house and telephone support during this busy transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, transferring to the correct departments
- Take accurate and detailed messages
- Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate directions to different areas of the facility
- Maintain confidentiality in line with organisational policies
- Ensure a welcoming and professional reception environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume reception or customer service role (e.g. hotel front desk, call centre, banking, healthcare)
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Immediate availability for the full contract period
