Cpl have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Cork City. This will be a hybrid role and you will support both the Director and Recruitment Team with Recruitment and General Office Administration.
Role Details:
· Mon-Fri position, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Role Responsibilities:
· Act as first point of contact for telephone, face-to-face and email queries
· Monitor CV inbox and email CVs to relevant Recruitment Consultants
· Support Recruitment team with reference checks, compliance support and Temporary Workers’ queries
· Support with the gathering of PO numbers and other compliance related information
· Coordinate booking of meeting rooms, order management of stationary and supplies and manage postal and courier activities
· Offer PA/administrative support to Director and Managing Director which includes running reports, diary management and expenses
· Support with invoice management and liaise with external suppliers
· Manage office credit card and monitor spend
· Monitor HR activities for the team including Sickness & Absence Report, Work from Home, Annual Leave and Balance Time
· Support with the onboarding of new internal starters, carry out office induction and ensure laptops/equipment are ordered and set up accordingly
· Support the Great Place To Work initiative and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
· Organise Christmas party and keep track of birthdays within the team
· Offer administrative support to Director/Recruitment team as required
The successful candidate:
· Previous administration experience in a busy customer facing role would be advantageous for this role
· Experience of reporting and using Excel. Some reports can be manual, so you will need to be tech savvy, have an eye for detail and the ability to follow up on any discrepancies
· Warm positive and proactive attitude
· Resourceful in your approach (you’ll seek out people who can support you and know when to ask for help!)
· Flexible approach. Recruitment is fast paced and various tasks and challenges can arise that are not always planned for
· Eagerness to learn and develop
· Excellent relationship builder. You will be the first point of contact and will often be the “go-to” person!
