Cpl Healthcare are recruiting for a recruitment coordinator to support the activities of a busy locum allied health division.
1-year maternity contract
Role Purpose:
As a recruitment coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Consultant in managing recruitment, compliance and contracting processes end to end, including, job posting, campaign management, interview scheduling and coordination, compliance and on-boarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business / Human Resources graduate seeking to develop their career within HR and recruitment and work within a faced paced and supportive environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and publish and post to internal and external job boards as a well as social media platforms.
- Distribute information to prospective applicants
- Scheduling of all interviews
- Support administrative aspects of all offers, including reference checking, validating qualifications, verification of service, Garda vetting, contracting
- Assist candidates with contract and benefit questions as appropriate
- Updating CRM database
- Setting up temporary staff on payroll systems
- Resolving payroll queries
- Partner with other team members to ensure best practice sharing, process improvements and consistency in approach
