Our technology client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 11-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all candidate and hiring managers activities throughout the recruitment process. Fully remote work option available
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Support interview scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate interview logistics - sending invites, booking rooms, organising Video Conferencing etc
- Maintain accurate candidate date in applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Creation of required employment documentation
- Request and prepare background checks with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Participate in projects and initiatives as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years related experience
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Microsoft outlook experience required (scheduling, calendar, etc.)
- Experience using an HRIS or Applicant Tracking Database (Workday preferable)
- Excellent attention to detail
