Our technology client, in Dublin City Centre, have a requirement for a Recruitment Coordinator for an 12 month contract, offering hybrid working.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Extensive and complex interview coordination.
- Organize, track and administer confidential/sensitive data, such as keeping track of projects and career goals of key technical contributor
- Heavy calendaring –including negotiation of complex scheduling conflicts, and meeting logistics, Webex, video conferences, conference calls
- Preparing and reconciling expenses in multiple currencies
- Meet & greet external candidates and support test administration
- Interface with external vendors and finance to track invoices
- Onboarding for new hires as it relates to equipment
- Working with facilities for space arrangements
- Support Talent Acquisition events and career fairs
- Extensive and complex travel arrangements, both international and domestic
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years recruitment Coordination experience
- Experience working in a multinational organisation
- Excellent sourcing skills, with exposure to various recruitment tools
- ATS experience
- Experience with offer management and consulting compensation packages.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
