Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee daily operations and partner management across Ireland.
- Monitor field activities (e.g., methane leak detection), ensuring quality, efficiency, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling based on project demands.
- Manage operational KPIs, maintain the Plan of Record (POR), and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Field Engineering, Client Management, Finance, Sales) to align execution with contractual obligations.
Team Leadership & Recruitment
- Lead the hiring and onboarding of leak detection drivers and field staff.
- Provide training and mentorship, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support and minor system troubleshooting.
Financial Oversight
- Validate and process partner invoices; track operational costs and revenue projections.
- Prepare quotes and invoices, and address discrepancies with partners professionally.
- Monitor partner cost structures, benchmark performance, and contribute to financial planning.
Compliance & Contract Management
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual agreements and performance metrics.
- Manage documentation related to operations, contracts, and invoicing.
- Maintain data security standards and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.

Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license required.
