One of the most exciting and rapidly expanding tech companies is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to lead and empower their team of DACH-market Account Executives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a talented team of AEs to consistently meet and exceed new business targets—weekly, monthly, and beyond. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors, ideally in complex or enterprise-level sales environments. A knack for building ROI-focused strategies and creating structured, scalable sales processes will serve you well here
🔍 Role Responsibilities
- Motivate and guide the sales team to hit ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead outbound sales initiatives and drive new customer acquisition.
- Design and implement a scalable training framework to foster growth and upskilling.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance check-ins with team members.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support team and business success.
👤 Your Profile
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing full-cycle sales professionals.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving tech environment.
