We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Sales Team Lead to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of multilingual Agency Account & Partner Managers within a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will be working with one of the world’s leading social media platforms, helping businesses grow their brands and reach the right audiences through powerful ad solutions.
You will oversee performance metrics, support team development, and create a positive, goal-oriented environment that encourages innovation and results.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of Account & Partner Managers supporting digital marketing agencies and advertisers
· Drive KPIs and revenue goals, ensuring team performance and client satisfaction
· Hire, train, and develop top talent for long-term success
· Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and team workflows
· Champion quality in customer engagement and sales execution
· Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, impactful programs
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in digital marketing or agency settings
· Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
· Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
· Experience coaching teams, managing KPIs, and hiring top performers
· CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent)
