Join a Swiss tech pioneer driving the next wave of sensor-actuator intelligence and innovative materials. Your role will be crucial in shaping real-world industrial innovation β from embedded algorithms to adaptive materials.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects for intelligent sensors and actuators
- Develop Embedded C/C++ firmware on ARM Cortex-M (bare-metal & RTOS)
- Design custom PCBs using Altium Designer
- Program Python-based automation scripts for diagnostics
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts
𧩠Your Profile
- π at least a BSc and ideally a Masterβs/Ph.D. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems
- πΌ 5+ years in embedded product development
- π§ Strong in both Embedded C/C++, RTOS, real-time constraints
- π§ Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python
- π οΈ Skilled in Altium Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and mechatronic simulation tools, combined with practical experience in developing mechatronic systems, is a huge bonus!
- π Fluent in English (C2), German/French B2+ a plus
- ποΈ Based within or can relocate to Canton Uri, Central Switzerland; hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to provide flexibility and work-life balance
