Job Description
We looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills further.
Provide level 1, 2 & 3 - IT and desktop support to all users across a multi-site business
- Build and maintain end point devices to meet the business needs
- Support Microsoft applications and telecoms systems
- Assist in maintaining a thorough backup and disaster recovery strategy
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support business operations
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications
- Ensure all statutory and legal IT requirements are met
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior IT Admin 3-5 years
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- General IT support skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience supporting telecoms systems (traditional and digital)
- Experience supporting users in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- full clean driving licence
