The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in organisational transformation, process optimisation, and change management, particularly in transitioning from a regional-based structure to a process-driven organisation.
This role requires an individual with deep expertise in project management, business consulting, stakeholder management, and digital transformation, with the ability to drive efficiency improvements, cost savings, and vendor negotiations
