Leading global Solutions Provider seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale global reorganisation within our Global Business Services (GBS) Colleague Services and Payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in organisational transformation, process optimisation, and change management, particularly in transitioning from a regional-based structure to a process-driven organisation.
This role requires an individual with deep expertise in project management, business consulting, stakeholder management, and digital transformation, with the ability to drive efficiency improvements, cost savings, and vendor negotiations

- Lead and manage a large-scale global reorganisation project within the GBS Colleague Services and Payroll environment.
- Oversee the transition from a regional-based organization to a process-based structure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage multifunctional workstreams, including Digital/AI improvements, vendor negotiations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
