The Opportunity
They have an immediate vacancy for a proactive and self-motivated Receptionist to join our Business Operations team on permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will act as the main liaison for staff and visitors to the office.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Management and ownership of overall reception and front of house responsibilities for RSM Ireland Head Office.
· Front of house responsibility for all client and staff meetings
· Main liaison for all visitors and staff to the RSM office
· Management of all phone calls to the RSM offices
· Processing of all post received and dissemination to relevant units
· Responsible for all outgoing post including registered post
· Management of all couriers and deliveries into and out of RSM offices
· Responsible for merchandise stock levels
· Co-ordination of new joiner packs including IT and merchandise
· Liaise with onsite facilities contact regarding all hospitality requirements
· Acting as part of the wider Business Operations team providing administrative support to Finance, HR and Operations as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
· At least 3 years receptionist experience would be beneficial
· Experience in professional services, financial services or similar industry is an advantage
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation
· Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
· Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
