Working as part of a growing global team, the Client Services Specialist is a senior position responsible for a portfolio of clients and deals within the Structured Finance team, servicing Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Loan Fund transactions. This role acts as the primary contact for assigned clients and the internal team, collaborating closely with the sales and support teams to deliver best-in-class service. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a client-facing role within Structured Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and/or deals as part of a team servicing structured finance transactions
- Act as Relationship Manager and senior escalation point for assigned clients
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to junior team members, ensuring high service standards
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to manage transactions and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Review transaction documentation with in-house legal support, both pre- and post-closing
- Ensure accurate processing and settlement of deal-related transactions, including cash payments, instructed investments, and custody securities settlements
- Oversee the production and delivery of compliance reporting, ESMA reporting, payment date reports, and daily cash management activities
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in Structured Finance, ideally within a client services role
- Understanding of the global financial services industry, debt capital markets, and structured finance
- Prior experience with CLOs and/or Loan Funds is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and build long-term rapport
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff
- Deep knowledge of payment processing, agency operations, transaction documentation, and capital markets operations
