Senior TechOps Engineer – Dublin – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
Global company in the pharmaceutical and MedTech sector is hiring a Senior TechOps Engineer. This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Monitor systems, apply patches, and tune performance for stability and uptime.
- Work with SecOps to ensure system security and address vulnerabilities.
- Own and improve disaster recovery and backup processes.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and support L1/L2 escalations when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Senior SysAdmin or TechOps role.
- Strong Windows and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on with networking protocols and PowerShell scripting.
- Solid background in DR planning and cyber security practices.
- Able to work across teams and support a hybrid environment.
