We are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join a busy and process-driven team based in Co. Kildare. This is a key support role, responsible for building jobs for invoicing and ensuring accuracy and completeness across all documentation and billing. Due to the specialist nature of this position, prior experience in invoicing from job cards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and prepare service jobs for invoicing in line with company processes
- Review job cards with attention to detail, ensuring all chargeable items are captured
- Accurately input job data into internal systems
- Work to volume-based targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and correct billing
- Maintain strong adherence to process and compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience invoicing jobs from job cards (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a curious, questioning mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong systems knowledge and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Flexibility to work full-time on-site for the first 6 months during training, moving to a hybrid model (2 days WFH) thereafter
